WillisPalmer has a long standing reputation for providing high-quality multi-disciplinary services to children and their families. Our Essential Requirements

All expert witnesses working with WillisPalmer must:

  • be registered as a limited company, or with a UK based umbrella company.
  • provide compliance documentation, such as regulatory membership(s),

             DBS, insurances, etc.

  • provide proof of right to work in the UK.
  • have a proven track record of exceptional, high-quality work.
  • be fluent in English.
  • Social Workers must have a degree or diploma in social work, all regulatory documents plus relevant and relatable experience.
  • Psychologists must have a practicing certificate, all regulatory documents plus relevant and relatable experience.
  • Psychiatrists must have an MBChB, MD or equivalent, all regulatory documents plus relevant and relatable experience.
  • Family Support Workers must have a level 3 qualification or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent, plus relevant, and relatable experience in working with children and families directly in the family home.

Our Application Process

Stage 1: Timed Case Study Exercise

  • If your CV meets our selection criteria, we will invite you to undertake a timed case study lasting 1 hour 20 minutes.
  • If you are successful with the case study, we will progress you to Stage 2.

Stage 2: Interview and Request for Compliance Documentation

  • We will invite you to an individual interview via Microsoft Teams.
  • If you are successful, we will progress you to Stage 3 of the process, and we will ask you to send us your compliance documentation within seven days (please note this will include providing the detail of one reference).

Stage 3: Introduction to Working with WillisPalmer Event Via Microsoft Teams

  • We will invite you to attend our Introduction to Working with WillisPalmer event facilitated on Microsoft Teams.
  • The event will last approximately one hour, and is for you to understand our vision, services, commitment and expectations. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions at the end.
