WillisPalmer is actively recruiting a national network of Family Support Workers to enable us to meet a growing demand of multi-disciplinary assessments requiring an element of family support or a stand alone family support service.
We are looking to work with a national network of Family Support Workers to work alongside social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists to deliver our Multi-Disciplinary Family Assessment Service.
WillisPalmer delivers stand-alone family support after seeing the value that has been added during the MFA process. Families often require support without the need for formal intensive assessments and that is where the stand-alone service comes into play.
We also have two family support packages; the first provides practical parenting tips to parents with babies while the second intervention targets families with older children requiring an element of family support.

Our registration process comprises of four stages and is extremely thorough which helps us to determine whether we are a good fit for you and if you are a good fit for us.
Once we have received your CV we will check that you meet our selection criteria, and if so, we will contact you to complete a timed case study exercise.
If you are successful in the Stage 1 case study exercise, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for a telephone interview. If we then decide to progress your registration to Stage 3 we will ask you to send all of your compliance documentation to us at that point.
Once in receipt of all of your compliance documentation we will invite you to a group event via video call. The purpose of the group event is for you to understand the WillisPalmer vision, the types of services we provide and gives you the chance to tell us more about yourself.
Following the group event we will then invite you to an individual meeting via video call to clarify what type of work you are interested in undertaking. It's also a perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
If we decide you are a good fit for us we will then finalise our compliance process and issue you with a contract, which sets out our relationship.
