“The report was of an excellent standard. It was thorough, factual and informative, closing many of the gaps in knowledge within the case. The Court and Judge commented on the standards of professionalism of the independent social worker, the integrity of his report and in his evidence during the final hearing”
WillisPalmer provides high quality Stage 2 Prospective Adopter Reports (PARs), completed by experienced assessors. We believe in high standards of service to all those who commission our services. As a reflection of this we include quality assurance of all reports as part of our service. The purpose of quality assurance is to ensure that all reports are as comprehensive as possible and that they meet the requirements of the commissioner, BAAF standards and the Adoption Agencies Regulations.
Our assessors will complete the assessment on the BAAF Form PAR template completing all sections to produce an evaluation of strengths, risks and development of the potential adopters with clear conclusions, evidenced analysis and a recommendation to panel. The assessment will represent the applicant(s) fully, and provide a clear picture to panel of the resource offered. We also step parent adoption reports.

“I have found working with Suzanne to be enormously beneficial, she is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and professional. This has been a complex piece of work and she has turned this around in a timely manner and has remained focused and very fair to both parties despite the complexities. I am incredibly appreciative of her work and inspired by meeting her.”
