Head of Services at WillisPalmer Dave is responsible for all professional and expert aspects of the business including operational services – social work, forensic risk, psychology, psychiatry, and Family Support – and service development. Dave is a social worker with 19 years social care experience in statutory and independent sectors.

He manages our operational teams: Referrals Team, Multi-disciplinary Service and Family Support. Dave also works as Consultant Social Worker for Multi-disciplinary Family Assessments (MFA) and Systemic Family Assessments (SFA).

When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing? 

I’m happiest finding a remote campsite for the campervan and setting off for a long walk with my family and two spaniels.
