Bethany is a Family Support Coordinator for the Family Support Service at WillisPalmer, her role includes supporting the Multi-disciplinary Service by ensuring efficient administration to achieve and strive to exceed, all objectives. Bethany is also responsible for managing administration of the online recruitment process for our independent Family Support Workers. This consists of screening CVs, booking, and attending interviews, and leading our candidates through the recruitment process until they are compliant. Bethany also assists Fay with managing the family support cases.

When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing? 

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends...and when the sunshine is out I love a cocktail in a pub garden!
