As senior Referrals Manager Rachel oversees the referrals process, taking initial enquiries made to WillisPalmer for an assessment or multi-disciplinary intervention. Rachel Works closely with Head of Services to ensure we are achieving maximum profitability from all sales. Rachel’s role allows her to work effectively within the team to always ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction.  

When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing? 

I love walking with my three crazy dogs, enjoying a good book while holidaying abroad (ideally by a pool with cocktail in hand) and I must confess, I am very happy when I have a project on the go, and I can write myself a good to do list!
