Fay manages WillisPalmer’s Family Support service ensuring the delivery of safe and well-co-ordinated parenting interventions and safeguarding observation in family homes. Fay is responsible for new Family Support referrals as well as ongoing cases.

She works closely with local authority social work teams as well as managing the WillisPalmer Family Support team. Fay fulfils a crucial role in multi-disciplinary assessments, collaborating with ISWs, psychologists and the Consultant Social Worker.

When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing? 

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially when the sun is shining!
