Fay manages WillisPalmer’s Multi-Disciplinary service, ensuring the delivery of safe and well-co-ordinated parenting interventions and safeguarding observation in family homes. Fay is responsible for new Multi-Disciplinary referrals as well as ongoing cases.

She works closely with local authority social work teams as well as managing the WillisPalmer Family Support team. Fay fulfils a crucial role in multi-disciplinary assessments, collaborating with ISWs, psychologists and the Consultant Social Worker.

When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing? 

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially when the sun is shining!
