Zeyneb is responsible for overseeing social work assessments and ensuring high-quality service delivery within a multi-disciplinary team. She manages the recruitment, induction, and performance of Family Support Workers, focusing on building a motivated and well-trained team. Zeyneb works closely with Quality Assurance Teams to maintain the company’s standards and reputation. Her role also involves ensuring timely completion of operational tasks and reports, while continuously striving for personal and professional excellence. She is adept at planning and organising tasks to meet deadlines and drive efficiency within the department.

When you’re not working, what are you happiest doing? 

Before having young children, I was an avid netball player and keen baker.  Nowadays you'll find me on the side-lines of football pitches in the winter and enjoying the atmosphere of cricket games in the summer.  When I have some time to myself, I enjoy meeting up with friends and a spot of retain therapy.
