Residential and Fostering

Through our partners, Kites Children's Services, WillisPalmer is able to assist when specialist placements are required. Based in Southend, Essex, Kites offers a unique integrated resource encompassing residential, fostering and community based treatment and assessment services for children and young people who sexually harm. 

Our residential provision has capacity for 6 boys, aged 13-18 who present with sexually harmful behaviour.   Our fostering provision caters for children and young people of both genders who require specialist care due to their sexualised behaviour.

Both types of accommodation benefit from an integrated therapeutic service. This service provides individual assessments and treatment programmes utilising sound theoretical models, enabling Kites to ensure positive outcomes for children and young people.
