Kay-Marie Taylor-Duke

I am an experienced, qualified social worker currently being contracted by CAFCASS as a self employed practitioner. I also work independently, undertaking complex assessments for local authorities and the courts. I have a comprehensive background in children and family work having first qualified as a social worker in 1992. I have particular expertise in issues pertaining to domestic violence and sexual abuse. As an independent consultant I have contributed to Serious Case Reviews; undertaken supervision of Reviewing Officers; coordinated child protection investigations and completed numerous reports for court as an expert in proceedings. Whilst working in the Thames Valley area I co-devised the programme for working with partners of sexually abusive males which has since become Home Office accredited.
