Judith Fournel

I am a qualified and experienced social worker currently working independently undertaking a range of assessments for local authorities and the courts. In addition I have significant experience working as a Children’s Guardian in London since 2001.

Previously I have worked as a childcare social worker and Team Manager in a large local authority social services department. I also have significant experience in fostering and adoption work.

I am able to undertake parenting capacity assessments; kinship placement assessments as well as other specialist work relating to children and families. I am highly experienced in both report writing and providing oral evidence to the court.
