Francis Kelly

I am a qualified social worker, currently employed by the Probation service and also working independently as a social work consultant. My area of expertise is the assessment of adult males accused or convicted of sexually abusive behaviour. I have worked with this client group since November 1999 and have prepared numerous assessments and pre-sentence reports for the courts. I have undertaken specialised post-qualifying training in the assessment and treatment of sex offenders. I also have significant experience in working with violent males, many of whom have drug or alcohol problems.

In addition, since 2005 I have undertaken independent assessments of prospective foster carers for the largest independent fostering agency in the UK.
