Anna Boyle

I am a qualified social worker with over twenty years experience working with children and families in a variety of settings. I have worked as an independent social worker since 2002 and a self-employed Children’s Guardian since 1999. Previous to this I worked as a social worker in a busy London Borough undertaking statutory children and families work. I have a particular interest in matters relating to adoption and permanency issues having been a member of the adoption panel for an inner London borough for the past six years, vice-chair for the past one year. I have substantial knowledge and experience in working with children with disabilities and their families. This includes an understanding regarding the services which this vulnerable group of children are entitled to.

I am currently commissioned to undertake independent social work assessments, including those for kinship placements and capacity to parent as well as a whole range of children and family social work tasks.
