WillisPalmer recruits only highly skilled and experienced practitioners. Our Consultants have an average of ten years experience and come from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.  We can provide consultants who speak a range of languages.

We subscribe to best practice recruitment procedures and insist upon documentary evidence of skills and qualifications; references from previous employers or those who have commissioned services, as well as proof of professional membership (GSCC, BASW, NAGALRO, UKCP etc) of respective organisations. All those working for WillisPalmer hold current Enhanced CRB certificates.  All practitioners hold professional indemnity insurance.
