Mark Willis

Director

Mark Willis has been in social work for over twenty years. He began work in 1984 as a residential and day care worker with people with learning disabilities. In 1987 he moved into child care work as an assistant social worker before qualifying with the Diploma in Social Work seven years later.

Following this he worked as a social worker, senior practitioner and team manager within local authority social services departments. He also spent a year co-ordinating child protection training for a large social care department, also developing two academically-accredited training programmes on risk assessment.

In 2000 Mark became a self-employed Guardian ad Litem representing children’s interests in over 100 cases in Kent and Essex. He holds a BA degree from the of East Anglia, a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Practice with Children and Families and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from Nottingham Trent University. He is also an Accredited Practice Teacher in Social Work.

André Palmer

Director

André Palmer qualified as a social worker in 1997 after a career in the private sector. He worked within a children’s assessment team and then as a senior practitioner within child protection. In 2000 he became a Child Protection Officer with the NSPCC and acted as manager of a specialist unit working with children and families.

In 2002 he became Manager of therapeutic services at Kites Children’s Services – a specialist unit working with children who display sexually harmful behaviour. In 2008 he became a Director of the organisation.

André holds an MA in Applied Systemic Theory from the Tavistock, a BA in Professional Social Work Practice, a PQ Award in Childcare and an Advanced Award in Social Work.

Sarah Stowe

Senior Referrals Administrator

Sarah Stowe has a wealth of experience in management and administration, mainly within the financial services sector.

Before joining WillisPalmer she worked as a Personal Assistant to a Managing Director and also as a Development and Support Coordinator for a large corporate group. She has also worked in public relations and marketing.

Sarah works within our busy Specialist Assessment Referrals Department dealing with complex cases, taking referrals and allocating to contractors. The original WillisPalmer team member, Sarah has developed excellent relations with customers and contractors alike since 2005 when she joined WillisPalmer.   

Natasha Rush

Referrals Administrator

Natasha Rush has over 17 years’ experience in administration within the financial services sector.

Before joining WillisPalmer she worked for an Asset Management company, providing back office support to Fund Managers & their clients. She has also worked for investment banks & brokers.

Natasha works alongside Sarah within our Specialist Assessment Referrals Department.  From initial referral to contacting contractors for interim allocation, ensuring the requirements match those with the contractors experience and skills,  always helpful, Natasha is available to discuss the case with the contractor if needed and ensures that work is completed to deadline. 

Chloe House

Administrator/Referrals Support

Chloe House worked within the NHS before joining WillisPalmer. She gained invaluable customer service and administration experience in this role.

Before this, Chloe worked for a firm of solicitors in a similar capacity.

Chloe provides administration support to all of the WillisPalmer Team and is the main contact when organising Court attendance or Professionals Meetings.  Chloe also issues quotes to contractors, obtaining Court Bundles/papers and ensuring they are sent to contractor.  Chloe also works the WillisPalmer switchboard and will be the first person you hear when calling WillisPalmer!

Steve Hoyle

Contracts Consultant

Steve Hoyle has previously worked for a large PLC managing large contracts and submitting tenders within the NHS.

Steve manages the contracts within WillisPalmer.   The majority of these are Local Authority contracts to undertake Initial and Core Assessments, Form F assessments etc.  Steve also takes Specialist Assessment referrals when needed and is the first contact for internal and external training provision.

Nadine Spink 

Resourcing Consultant

Nadine is the main contact for those looking to enter into a temp/perm position and is doing great work in bringing our services to the attention of others!  Currently marketing our services to the world and using her creative flair when developing our marketing materials.
